A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Head pastry chef to lead the Pastry Brigade at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Main duties & responsibilities
As Pastry chef you will be responsible for the day to day running of the fine dining Pastry kitchen, and ensuring delivery of exceptional quality and consistency. You will lead the Pastry brigade to ensure quality standards are achieved and will have a key role in training and developing the team. You will manage the operation, including stock control, budgetary management and health and safety.
As Pastry chef you will be an excellent team player with a hands-on and organised approach to your role, passionate about your team and working in a leading hotel operation. You must be able to develop your team’s creative style, while building a stimulating and exciting environment within the department. With this in mind, you will have previous management experience at a similar level and have proven experience within a quality hotel and/or restaurant Pastry team.
