Main duties & responsibilities

As Departmental Trainer you will be responsible for training and supervising the implementation of The Connaught standards across all sub-departments within Housekeeping. You will ensure that they are adhered to and applied consistently by new and current colleagues alike. You will also liaise with the Housekeeping Manager on an ongoing basis regarding any additional training needs or changes.

Entry requirements

The ideal Departmental Trainer must have a strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently to co-ordinate numerous tasks at the same time. You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, engaging, customer focused and an excellent motivator to your team. It is also imperative that you have a strong communication and administration skills. Housekeeping experience at supervisory level within a similar hotel environment is essential for the position.
