Assistant front office manager
We are looking for an engaging and inspiring Assistant Front Office Manager to join the award-winning 5-Star Connaught Hotel.

Main duties & responsibilities
As Assistant front office manager, you will work under the direction of the Front office manager and the Director of rooms to ensure highest guest recognition and satisfaction before, during and after their stay at the Connaught. You will be responsible in managing, directing and supporting the Front Office team members and must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and efficiency at all times. You must have the ability to make decisions confidently, must remain calm and focused when faced with emergency and security situations as well as use good judgement to escalate situations whenever appropriate. You must ensure that guests are provided with outstanding and consistent service throughout their stay at the Connaught and always aim to exceed expectations.
You must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests and tasks are attended to without any delays. You will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and has a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration and organisational skills.
We anticipate applicants will have previous experience in Front Office and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
