We are seeking a talented commis waiter/ waitress to join the Fera at Claridge's team. Michelin-starred Fera at Claridge's brings a creative and natural approach to contemporary British cuisine. At the centre of London’s Mayfair, Claridge’s is a unique combination of splendour and charm, renowned for its impeccable, intuitive service. The hotel’s original art deco interiors have been interwoven with modern flourishes, such as contemporary suites and a Michelin-starred restaurant, Fera at Claridge’s. It also has a famous all-day dining restaurant, the Foyer & Reading Room, and two bars: Claridge’s Bar and the intimate Fumoir.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Ensure that the kitchen and preparation areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Handle all mise en place to ensure that a seamless service is maintained at all times
  • Support the floor team during service, running food from the kitchen to the floor
  • Ensure that the highest standards are maintained throughout the restaurant

Entry requirements

  • Experience as a commis waiter/ waitress in a fast paced restaurant environment would be beneficial
  • Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
  • Be a team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressured environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
