We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Security Officer who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.

Main duties & responsibilities

As a Security Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a safe and secure hotel environment for our guests and colleagues
  • Protecting hotel equipment against fire and other hazards
  • Conducting security checks of the premises
  • Dealing effectively with any incidents and any matters relating to fire, bomb and health and safety

Shift pattern - 4 days on/ 4 days off

  • Day shift: 8am to 8pm
  • Night Shift: 8pm to 8am

Entry requirements

Essential criteria:

  • 5* Hotel Security Experience (or within a similar environment)
  • SIA Licence
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Report writing experience

  • Fire safety knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confident and professional approach
  • An excellent command of English
