A great opportunity has just come up at The Berkeley as we are currently seeking a new Guest Relations Manager to head up our passionate and creative Guest Relations team.

 

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Create a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests
  • Ensure that our guests receive our award winning service and add surprises and special touches to create a memorable experience
  • Coordinate and communicate with many of the hotel’s dirfferrent departments efficiently
  • Ensure the guest experience is seamless in delivery
  • Head up our Guest relations team with responisbility for retention and succession planning as well performance and appraisal management

Entry requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
