Main duties & responsibilities

The Berkeley Pastry Kitchen is renowned for its creativity which is reflected in its award winning Prêt a Portea afternoon tea collection.

As Commis Chef Pastry you will be:

  • Assisting in the creation, development and production of our afternoon tea pastries.

A passionate and creative person is required to develop this already fabulous fashionable collection of edible delights!

Entry requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Pastry Commis Chef who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
