We are currently seeking an ambitious Shift Engineer to join our dynamic Technical Services team at The Berkeley.

Main duties & responsibilities
As Shift Engineer you will assist with the seamless running of all engineering aspects of this luxury property ensuring our guests receive the ultimate stay with us and all hotel facilities are immaculate and in optimum running order. You will be knowledgeable about all hotel maintenance and plant rooms. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt and be flexible in order to accommodate and adjust to the day to day requirements of the engineering facility.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who we anticipate will be an experienced painter and decorator, ideally with knowledge of the hospitality or travel and tourism industry however this is not essential. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
