Main duties & responsibilities
As a Head Spa Therapist you will be able to carry out our full range of massage and signature beauty treatments to our members and hotel guests while maintaining the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for supervising the spa therapists’ team and ensuring they all provide exceptional service while following the spa standard procedures at all times. As a Head Spa Therapist you will also work closely with the Spa Manager, you will be alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department and promote our Spa services and products at all times.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Head Spa Therapist who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. You will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.
